AI studio for kmo's
AI that fits the company you already run.
Production systems for knowledge, operations and customer work. Built by one engineer, on the tools your team already uses. You keep the data, the access and the keys.
01 / The leak
Three places an SME loses time
01
Knowledge stuck to people
Prices, exceptions and agreements live in heads and inboxes. A quote waits on the one person who knows. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.
02
Work that keeps being retyped
Requests, planning and follow-up run through email and spreadsheets. The same facts go in three times. The mistake shows up in the fourth copy.
03
AI nobody dares to trust
A ChatGPT account beside the real work. No link to your files, no permissions, no source on the answer. Next month, nobody knows which version was right.
02 / How it runs
From the scan to the keys in your hand
01
Scan
Where time and knowledge leak, which systems already hold the truth, and what must not be touched. You get a proposal with scope. Sometimes the advice is: do not build yet.
02
Build
A working system on your documents, mail, CRM or spreadsheets. Answers point at the source. Permissions and logging are in from the start.
03
Hand over
Your team learns to use it and keep it current. The same person who builds it sits in that session. After that, you can continue without an agency.
03 / Use cases
What actually gets built
No invented client logos. These are the situations SMEs call about.
Sales
Quotes without the one person who knows
Everyone starts from the same current answer. The senior sells, instead of rewriting every quote.

Planning
Intake that prepares the schedule
Less retyping. The planner decides. The system prepares.

Customer work
The inbox sorted before anyone replies
The queue is sorted. The voice stays yours. A wrong answer does not go out on its own.

04 / Services
Three steps. One point of contact.
Most work runs in this order. A scan on its own is fine. The price is always scoped to the job.
01
Knowledge scan
Where knowledge sits, which process costs time, and whether AI is the right tool. You leave with scope and a number.
02
Build and integrate
The system itself, on your documents and tools. Tested with real questions from the company.
03
Handover
Your team learns to use it and keep it current. After that you can continue without DroidBender.

06 / The engineer
One person, from scope to handover.
Martijn Van Mierloo built software that was not allowed to fail: itsme, Philips Hue, the Efteling app, Telenet Yugo. DroidBender is that bar, applied to SMEs. DroidBender BV is based in Houthalen-Helchteren.
About Martijn →07 / Questions
Before you write
- Who is this for?
- Owners and operations leads at SMEs in Flanders and Limburg. Usually when knowledge sits with people, a process keeps being retyped, or an AI experiment never reached the real work.
- Is this a ChatGPT subscription?
- No. Models are used where they fit. What you buy is the system around them: connections, sources on answers, permissions, and a team that can keep it current.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. The system runs where you choose, with access you control. Not a platform you cannot leave later.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the scope. After a short conversation or a scan you get that scope and a number, before anything is built. No open-ended hourly drip, no package you do not need.
- Who does the work?
- Martijn. The same person runs the scan, writes the software and sits in the handover. No junior passing your brief to another team.
